The position offers an income guarantee, production and retention incentive, as well as an extensive benefits package, including:

- Annual CME allowance

Total Compensation:
Full-time $450,000-$600,000
Part-time $200,000-$350,000
Requirements:
- BC/BE Dermatology
- Open to new graduates out of residency/fellowship
- Medical Degree with a completed residency in Dermatology
- Current California Medical License or ability to obtain a California Medical license prior to employment start date
- Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain an NPI prior to employment start date
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear
- Sufficient visual acuity and hand dexterity to perform Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Travel:
- Must be able to travel to attend conferences, training, and other events as required
Reports to:
- Practice Administrator, CEO and Medical Director
Classification:
- Full-time/part-time position
