A Washington Facility Seeks a Locum Tenens General Surgeon

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team at a Washington facility on a locum tenens basis. As a General Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures, including bread and butter general surgery procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general surgery procedures, including but not limited to, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and hernia repairs
- Provide high-quality patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as needed
- Meet the requirements for active state licensure and maintain current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
Requirements:
- Active state license in good standing
- Board certification in General Surgery
- Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
