Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Direct: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and create work schedules to ensure associates are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring that the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
