Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Perform high-quality repairs on customer-owned instruments with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including electrical, acoustic, and bass instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
