Metal Finisher - Precision Metal Polishing Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is $18-$22 per hour. The schedule is primarily 1st Shift.

This Metal Finisher role requires attention to detail and precision in cleaning, polishing, and finishing metal parts.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in inspecting and cleaning metal parts, removing defects, and using tools (grinders, sanders, buffers) to smooth and polish surfaces.

The successful candidate will also apply coatings and paints as required, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

• A minimum of 3 years of metal finishing experience.
• Expertise in polishing, deburring, and using finishing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).

The work environment is noisy and dusty, requiring employees to be comfortable with these conditions.

Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are essential aspects of this role.
