Hospice Care Specialist

Hospice of Santa Cruz County is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality end-of-life care to our patients. As a Hospice Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our care team to deliver personalized support and guidance to patients and their families in their homes or facility settings.
