Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state regulations.

In collaboration with medical professionals and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure exceptional patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the patient's condition upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
  • Perform procedures and monitoring as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.
  • Provide outstanding care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures, ensuring clear understanding.

Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse Diploma.
