Job Overview

The company is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead its financial operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of finance, including financial accounting, treasury functions, cost accounting, and inventory management.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and be proficient in using Business Central ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for multiple entities, prepare accurate and timely financial statements, and develop robust internal controls.
  • Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury operations to ensure efficient utilization of company funds and monitor financial health across entities.
  • Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Support: Implement and manage cost accounting processes to support manufacturing operations, collaborate with operations teams to monitor and optimize inventory levels and costs, and provide analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in accounting and finance, with experience managing multiple entities
  • Skills: Proficient in Business Central ERP system, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation: $145,000 - $155,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses, competitive benefits package, and opportunities for career development and growth.
