We are looking for a skilled Attorney I to join our team at Founders Federal Credit Union.
This role involves working closely with senior leadership to provide legal guidance and support to the Credit Union. As an Attorney I, you will interpret laws and regulations, collaborate with the VP-Litigation, and appear in court on behalf of the Credit Union.
Requirements for this position include 3-5 years of experience in creditor's rights litigation, licensure to practice law in North Carolina, and strong analytical and judgment skills.
A competitive salary range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience and location. Benefits include paid holidays, time off, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement plans.
