As a Banking Relationship Professional, you'll have the opportunity to work at multiple branches, getting to know the personalities at each location. Your primary goal will be to develop and cultivate long-term client relationships by providing insightful advice, personalized financial solutions, and excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong consultative sales skills, the ability to handle transactions, servicing needs, and inquiries, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with our clients. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience, preferably in the banking industry.
