Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Provide bowel and bladder management assistance, as needed
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring residents receive nutritious and safe food
  • Support residents with ambulation and exercise, promoting mobility and independence
  • Aid with medication management, as directed by registered nurses or licensed practical nurses
  • Collaborate with therapy personnel to support rehabilitative processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certifications and licensure required by state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record
