About the Role

Disability Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior User Researcher to support the development of innovative products that meet the needs of users with disabilities. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Industrial Designers, and Engineers, to design and develop products that are accessible, usable, and meet the needs of users.

The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of user research principles and methods to gather insights and inform product development decisions. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to communicate research findings and ensure that user needs are addressed throughout the product development lifecycle.

Daily Impact
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to identify user research goals and developing research plans to address those goals.
  • Conducting user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform product development decisions.
  • Communicating research findings to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, and providing recommendations for product improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that user needs are addressed throughout the product development lifecycle.

About You
  • You have 5+ years of User Research and Testing experience.
  • You have experience planning, coordinating, and conducting user research studies.
  • You are an excellent communicator and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are self-motivated and able to act autonomously.
  • You have a degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Anthropometry, or Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
