Agronomy Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills, including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, custom application procedures, mixing procedures, truck driving, and delivering product.
- Perform all agronomy/seed operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance, including legs, conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, trucks, and other agronomy equipment.
- Operate equipment for loading and unloading distiller's grains, corn, ethanol, and minor byproducts, including end loaders, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Ensure processes are operating safely and compliantly.
- Participate in grain quality management by regularly clearing storage bins/silos.
- Perform grain grading and train to provide coverage for the Scale House.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture-related degree program.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
