**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cleaning and preparing vacant units for new residents, adhering to company standards and timelines.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including interior and exterior spaces, to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Managing supply rooms and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and in good working condition.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performing other duties as needed to support the success of the community.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, if applicable.
