We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to provide exceptional guest experiences in our dining room. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offering them a choice of seating and escorting them to their table while presenting menus
  • Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management
  • Maintain proper set-up of the dining room, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
  • Receive reservations and special function arrangements, making necessary preparations to ensure seamless execution
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, performing any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition, maintaining a professional appearance and manner at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with guests, colleagues and management
  • Ability to remember, recite and promote menu items, as well as comprehend written materials such as reservations and promotional materials
  • Willingness to pitch-in and help coworkers with job duties, demonstrating teamwork and a positive attitude
