Caregiver Assistant

Orchard Grove Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care plans are met.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
