With a rich history of over sixty years, we specialize in the development, construction, and management of premier apartment communities, ranging from luxury mid-rise to innovative off-campus student housing.

As a crucial member of our on-site maintenance team, you will report directly to the Service Manager and play a key role in property maintenance, which includes a variety of daily, weekly, and quarterly responsibilities. Your ongoing tasks will encompass:

  • Conducting daily inspections of property conditions, focusing on both exterior and common areas.
  • Preparing vacant units for new residents.
  • Fostering a culture of customer service within the management team.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of grounds and shared spaces.
  • Managing waste operations and maintaining community cleanliness.
  • Operating shuttles as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation of units for occupancy.
  • Painting common areas as directed by your Supervisor.
  • Transporting residents in company vehicles as required.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in delivering customer service as part of a successful management team.
  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is preferred.
  • A willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
