Night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including rotating holidays and every third weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care following established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and oversee patient care plans.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and facilitate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Licensure/Certification: Advanced Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire. BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire. Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing is mandatory prior to hire.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in a Neuro Intensive Care Unit with a focus on high-acuity patients.
- Familiarity with various medical devices and procedures related to neurological care.
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous learning in a dynamic healthcare environment.
