Position Overview
The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the intake process for clients seeking ABA therapy. This position requires exceptional time management skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Support
- Establish initial connections with clients and foster strong relationships with families.
- Guide families through the diagnostic process, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Handle a high volume of interactions with new and existing families awaiting a diagnosis.
- Oversee all logistical communications from the initial contact to the completion of assessments.
- Assess client needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in relevant systems throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Facilitate the signing of necessary start-of-care documents.
- Coordinate scheduling of Initial Assessment appointments with families in collaboration with Operations and Clinical teams.
- Engage in significant projects and assist in the implementation of new initiatives and processes.
4. Responsibility to report any violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.

$25.00 per hour
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Healthcare
Experience
- Two to three years of experience in inside sales or phone-based roles.
- Proven success in sales conversations and presentations.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with laptop/desktop PCs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Strong expressive and receptive communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to build rapport, explain complex information clearly, and manage challenging conversations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively or independently to achieve business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.

- Track record of producing error-free work.
- Standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Additional hours or schedule adjustments may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
This role may involve physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and moving items up to 30 pounds. The position requires prolonged sitting, with occasional walking and standing. Close visual acuity for computer work and data analysis is also necessary.
