Job Summary

RCS Grading is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team as a CDL Truck Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck and trailer, hauling materials to and from job sites, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a dump truck and trailer to transport materials to and from job sites.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report to the Fleet Manager and maintain open communication regarding job site activities and any issues that may arise.
  • Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and/or needed to ensure a safe working environment.
  • May be asked to use a shovel to assist with material handling and site maintenance.
  • May be required to lift more than 50 pounds as part of job duties.
  • Work in a variety of climates and be willing to travel to and from job sites.
  • Maintain job sites in a clean and accessible manner to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be willing to receive training on new equipment and procedures as needed.
