  • Inventory Management: Ensure that frozen food products are always stocked and rotated properly, and that inventory levels are managed effectively to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cooler, and backroom, and ensure that all equipment and displays are in good working order.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment, and report any hazards or concerns to management promptly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
