HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at The Schochet Companies. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, benefits, and employee relations for our approximately 200 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing bi-weekly payroll, allocating and paying benefits invoices, reconciling bank statements, and updating employee information in payroll and benefits systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. You will also be responsible for conducting new hire orientations, serving as the main point of contact for employee payroll and benefit questions, and providing support for benefits administration.
