We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Clinical Leader.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility of patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, such as collecting and reporting data, and maintaining patient records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current MA CNA certification and BLS required.
- 6 months of experience in a hospital, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
