Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Reefhouse Resort & Marina. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, particularly during the night audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and post room charges and taxes to guest accounts
  • Process guest charges, vouchers, and credit card transactions
  • Ensure all charges are assigned to the correct departments and verified against documentary evidence
  • Monitor and balance cash, check, and credit card activities
  • Prepare a summary of financial results for management
  • Perform wake-up calls and respond to guest needs and complaints

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field
  • Knowledge of property management software and front office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
