IT Incident Response Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the response to critical incidents, prioritizing incidents based on urgency and business impact, and coordinating with Help Desk teams for immediate action. You will also provide clear and timely updates to affected parties, including internal teams and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, at least three years of experience in leading the response to critical IT incidents, and strong technical skills, including specific skill sets required. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to deliver 'white glove' service standards.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical plan options, dental plan options, vision plan, 401(k) plan, flexible work weeks, paid time off, holidays, paid parental leave, military leave, bereavement leave, and jury duty leave.
