Job Title: Collision Estimator About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. You will also be responsible for finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers. Key Responsibilities: * Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs * Conduct process reviews to ensure compliance with company standards * Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork * Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication * Provide excellent customer service and communication Requirements: * 2+ years of collision estimating experience * Sales experience preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy * Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks * Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License What We Offer: * Industry comparable pay * Paid weekly * Paid vacation and holidays * Paid skilled trainings and certifications * Career growth opportunities About Caliber Collision Centers: Caliber Collision Centers is a leading provider of automotive services, including collision repair, auto glass repair, and mobile diagnostic scanning and calibration.
