  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have and maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicating with the members of the team, and being flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles head-on and ensure each task is completed with excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
