POSITION SUMMARY
The Lodge offers a unique environment to live, work, and enjoy throughout the year. We are seeking skilled Public Area Custodians who uphold exceptional standards to join our dedicated housekeeping team and oversee a small group of fellow custodians.

Responsibilities:
Our Public Area Custodians are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public facilities, guest communal spaces, pool areas, staff accommodations, and shared staff areas.

We are in search of friendly, warm individuals who demonstrate high standards and integrity, having excelled in their previous positions. Both seasonal and long-term candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a positive attitude.
- Must be a dependable team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and determined.

Working Conditions:
The team member will work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year while traveling across the property. Responsibilities include training new staff and setting a positive example for the team.

Additional Information:
- Full-time position available immediately.
- Opportunity for year-round or seasonal employment.
- Room and board available for a fixed weekly cost, both onsite and offsite.
- Variable hours, including nights and weekends, with a regular schedule established.
- Healthcare benefits available after 90 days.
- 401K eligibility with company match after one year.
