Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
