Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. as a Part Time Sales Associate - Morning Availability. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, and performing various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and build a strong repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensure merchandise is filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, and execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
  • Operational Tasks: Adhere to Policies and Procedures, observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention, and execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrate professional image and conduct, and maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
