Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with a range of medical conditions, injuries, and diseases, providing high-quality patient care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and aides, to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Take patient vital signs, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor.
  • Assist the RN in carrying out physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • Covid-19 vaccination card.
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (optional).
  • Valid TB screening.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
