About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Forks, WA.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced SLP to work with individuals of all ages, providing comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver therapy sessions using a range of techniques and tools, including evidence-based practices and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success and ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on speech and language goals to inform educational planning.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in good standing.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly valued, but not necessarily required.
