Hotel Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Ambassador to join our front desk team, responsible for providing personalized service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions, operating hotel systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Compensation Package: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
• Handle cash transactions, operate hotel systems, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 0-1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
