Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and approval of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with established standard operating procedures and industry regulations.
• Support research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and performance.
• Stay informed about advancements in the chemical industry and related sectors.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of analytical data generated from samples, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Prepare necessary reagents, samples, and standards following prescribed procedures.
• Thoroughly document testing processes, observations, deviations, out-of-specification investigations, and results.
• Understand and interpret internal standard operating procedures and analytical methodologies.
• Occasionally draft standard operating procedures and analytical methods as needed.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment by adhering to all relevant safety protocols and ensuring cleanliness in work areas.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is required.
• Experience in Organic Chemistry is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Position primarily involves working in laboratory and office settings, with occasional visits to blending facilities and warehouses. Extended hours and travel may be necessary.
• Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
