LPN Surgical Med/Surg Part-Time Night Shift

About the RoleThis is a part-time night shift position, working 24 hours per week. As a LPN Surgical Med/Surg Part-Time Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients recovering from surgery, as well as those with medical conditions such as pneumonia, COPD, and chest pain. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from surgery and those with medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Work closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
