MDS Director - Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MDS Director - Registered Nurse to manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) program, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and revenue integrity. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, providing education to facility staff, and driving continuous improvement in nursing care.

Requirements:

  • Valid state RN license preferred
  • Direct care in a long-term care setting and/or MDS Coordinator experience required
