Exceptional Breast Surgeon Opportunity at Parkview Regional Medical Center

Parkview Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled breast surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge patient care.

We have developed a novel clinical model that enables disease site-based management through multi-specialty collaboration. Our specialists work together in multispecialty disease-based clinics, providing concierge-level care and world-class supportive services. Our breast cancer patients benefit from a robust supportive care program, designed to optimize their cancer care journey from screening to survivorship.

The cancer institute serves as a tertiary care referral center, and our clinical model involves working in multi-specialty tumor site teams out of our Breast Oncology Clinic. The practice is predominantly outpatient, with limited breast surgery calls at a single tertiary hospital. No general surgery call or general surgery requirements are necessary.

We are looking for a breast surgeon who is focused on high-quality subspecialized patient care, seeking to establish a long-term career, and can become a regional expert in clinical care. Our cancer institute offers access to state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced imaging and image-guided biopsy capabilities, as well as operating rooms equipped with novel breast surgery equipment.

All breast cancer patients are reviewed at our multidisciplinary Tumor Board and supported by a robust navigation and supportive care infrastructure. Your practice would be 100% breast surgery, supported by a dedicated breast cancer team in a multidisciplinary clinic at our tertiary cancer institute. The breast cancer program is supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, including breast surgeons, specialized breast medical oncologists, breast imaging radiologists, plastic surgeons, a breast high-risk clinic, breast navigation program, palliative oncology program, and more.

Parkview Regional Medical Center is a COC-accredited comprehensive community cancer center with multiple subspecialty accreditations. Our Breast Cancer Division is NAPBC-accredited. Opportunities for research, teaching with our GME surgery residency program, and leadership & career growth are available.
