As a Therapeutic Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and carrying out processes and procedures to improve the quality of life of our clients, as it relates to their individual behavior support plan. You will also be responsible for communicating in a professional and respectful manner with management, parents, behavior analysts, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements and carries out processes and procedures to improve the quality of life of clients
  • Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills
  • Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with management, parents, behavior analysts, and clients
  • Becomes fluent in the understanding and application of each child's Behavior Support Plan
  • Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with children, preferably special needs preferred
  • Strong core values, such as integrity, loyalty, trust, leadership, team work required
  • Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to problem solving
