We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team as an On-Call RN. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive salary of $78,000 and a range of benefits, including a full benefits package, paid time off, and up to $1,300 in free healthcare services per year.
Responsibilities- Perform initial nursing assessments on new admissions and develop individualized patient care progress records.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of patient care and communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team.
- Provide on-call services to patients and families as assigned and perform other duties as required.
- Current RN license in the state(s) assigned to work.
- One+ year of nursing experience required.
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
