Job Title: Preschool Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for coordinating classroom operations and implementing our proprietary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary curriculum
  • Develop and implement instructional plans based on student interests and needs
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community
  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for students
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
