Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of routine and emergent CT procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of excellence in the department's delivery of healthcare through the quality and caring values of Cambridge Health Alliance.
  • Recognize when others are in need of assistance and consistently offer help when own workload permits or finds someone who can be of assistance.
  • Contribute to the time management of the department by being punctual to work, honoring lunch, and break time limits.
  • Assure that all work assignments are completed according to department and hospital standards. Use sick time appropriately.
  • Adhere to the Alliance guidelines on patient confidentiality and the release of imaging data.
  • Constructively analyze work processes and contribute to the radiology team to improve workflow as needed.
  • Effectively participate in the training of new employees and students. Work assigned schedule including overtime, holidays and call as required.
  • Complete all CHA mandatory and department required training.
  • Read all department communications such as emails, newsletters and meeting minutes in a timely fashion.
  • Accept responsibility for all updates, changes and new items included in these communications.
  • Promote a professional image by adhering to the established dress code.
  • Wear hospital identification badge at all times.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program
  • Current Massachusetts state license
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Certification in CT imaging modality preferred
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
