Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver with CT Rope and Clark Development Co., your primary responsibility will be to deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You will be expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and ensure that deliveries are made in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes customer orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Delivers products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner within the designated delivery area.
  • Accepts payment from customers for orders and provides correct change without errors.
  • Works with management to reconcile cash from delivery sales at the end of each shift.
  • Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times in compliance with company dress code.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.
  • Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
  • Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving about the unit for the entire workday.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
