We are seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to join our Business Services Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Business Services Officers and commercial lending clients to provide excellent member service in the business loan closing process and ongoing record-keeping process.
You will provide complex administrative support to business members and general support to BSOs, handling tasks that require broad experience, member services skills, and the ability to work independently and make decisions. You will also have general knowledge of CU's lending policies and practices.
To succeed in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with commercial loan clients and business banking services, including NCUA regulations and generally accepted commercial lending practices.
- Familiarity with Laser Pro documentation and understanding of real estate title insurance/binders.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information, and handle problem resolution.
- Professional representation of the organization in conduct and personal appearance.
- Effective communication with internal and external customers via in-person, email, etc.
- Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work with legal documents and identify/interpret data as needed.
