Residential Caregiver

Job Summary:

As a valued member of the Wickshire Senior Living Group team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and guests by ensuring that apartments and common areas are clean, safe, well-maintained, and attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact and engage with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Clean apartments and all common areas according to schedule or as directed, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Perform community laundry duties, ensuring that residents' personal items are clean and hygienic.
• Remove and dispose of resident and community trash, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
• Replenish supplies in apartments, workspaces, and common areas as needed, ensuring that residents have access to essential items.
• Notify management of any hazardous issues, changes in resident status, or other situations that require attention, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training as required, staying up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy, adhering to Wickshire Senior Living Group's commitment to resident-centered care.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
