Compensation: $37.00 Per Hour

Work Schedule: Seeking a Relief Driver for AM shifts (Approximately 2AM-9AM) in both semi and box trucks | Home Daily

Compensation Breakdown: $25.00 in Regular Hourly Pay + $6.97 in Incentive Pay + $5.11 in Health & Wellness Pay (paid for up to 40 hours weekly) – Health & Wellness Pay assists in covering monthly health insurance premiums and is included in your paycheck regardless of insurance selection.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last decade
  • Valid CDL A license required
  • Must successfully pass a federal background check
  • No felonies or DUIs/DWIs in the past five years
  • Capability to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling of wheeled carts
  • Must pass a DOT Physical and Pre-employment drug screening (company covered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely arrival for shifts is essential.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before, during, and after routes (pre-trip/post-trip) and report any issues to the local operations manager.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding motor vehicle operation.
  • Communicate any delays (due to weather, traffic, or breakdowns) that may affect timely arrivals at postal facilities.
