**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform complex mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies with high precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough leak testing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies efficiently.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to promote effective communication and teamwork on the production floor.
  • Perform standard testing and minor troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • 1+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
  • Experience in helium leak testing, module and sub-assembly testing and inspection is highly desirable.
  • Related experience in a non-manufacturing environment is considered.
  • Cable and Harness assembly experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information and follow directions.
  • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform complex and repetitive assembly operations as required.
  • General knowledge of operating hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality focused, and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to operate computer terminals and general software applications.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints is desired.
