We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Arcade Attendant to join our team. As the face of our amusement center, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for our visitors.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the arcade area, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and rules.
• Maintain and report necessary repairs for arcade games and equipment.
• Inspect equipment regularly to detect wear and damage, while maintaining the cleanliness of the arcade area.
• Sell merchandise and game credits to customers.
• Educate customers on the game card system.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100lbs.

What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, teamwork, and leadership.
