About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting with diagnostic procedures in our cardiac catheterization lab.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for providing technical assistance to cardiologists and radiologists during invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This includes operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining necessary inventory and medications as ordered, and maintaining a safe work environment for both staff and patients.

  • Assists cardiologists during procedures by operating equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provides direct patient care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and physicians to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs.
  • Maintains accurate and legible patient records, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and professional guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess current licensure in good standing and relevant specialty certifications/credentials. Two years of Cath Lab experience, preferably in a critical care setting, is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 13 weeks duration. In addition to a generous salary, we offer:
