  • Enforce Rules: Maintain order and discipline on the property, ensuring that all individuals and vehicles comply with established protocols.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, and log visitor vehicles.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
