  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and other departments to support market growth plans and achieve profitability objectives.
    • Compile and distribute accurate reporting for internal and external audiences.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve profitability.
    • Design and maintain competitive reports, and prepare ad-hoc reporting as required.
    • Develop applications and reports using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and pertinent databases.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
    • Experience in analyzing membership growth and retention trends and identifying drivers.
    • Ability to validate data and analyses to identify potential errors.
    • Strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills.
