- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and other departments to support market growth plans and achieve profitability objectives.
- Compile and distribute accurate reporting for internal and external audiences.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve profitability.
- Design and maintain competitive reports, and prepare ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Develop applications and reports using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and pertinent databases.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience in analyzing membership growth and retention trends and identifying drivers.
- Ability to validate data and analyses to identify potential errors.
- Strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills.
